Hi all,

hope some1 can helps me. So when I try to download Resurgence Pack from Origin - the system told me "Error. Unaible to download. Try again later" (or something like this, cause I have not english version). So what I should to do& Or probably somebody has also faced with such problem...

I'm having the same issue. A "General error".

Ran origins as Admin -
Tried installing thru origins with AND without game running-
Did a FULL REBOOT of pc as a last effort with no luck.
Help us!!

I logged out origin, rebooted, logged in again and now it works (It's downloading).

The second day, no update, no DLC, no answer from support.

But people told me there was a 'Downloadable content' button in the start menu... it's... not... there....
No clue what's going on here... would be great if it were more clear how to get the DLC.. i checked Origin store, ingame when i start it says 'Checking downloadable content' but nothing happens really.

Repairing my installation now hoping this will fix the problem.


Oh well that's 'clear'...

So open Origin, right click 'N7 ME3' icon then click 'show game details' and then 'shop for add-ons' ..

pff... what happened to popups... tbh Origin is a horrible program...

So , just to rule out that it is, in fact, not OUR PC's fault. I got on my friends laptop who DID manage to DL the DLC...and connected on his Origins. Still the same general error.

Please! We know it means admitting there is a bug but please, figure this out. I see 30+ mods on right now.

My partner is having the same problem. He's online with EA support now, who seem confused, but also saying there is a known bug. This is incredibly annoying. I can get access with my account fine. He also had problems getting From Ashes.

This won't help everyone, but I logged in to my Origin account on my partners PC, downloaded Resurgence, then quit. When he logged in, he then had access to the content.

Hey guys, i just registered real quick, because i've found a solution (which worked for me). Open up your Origin, go to "My Games" (obviously, duh [good job, grock! thanks brain!]), right click ME3, click on the option "Show Game Details" scroll down to the Resurgence Pack, there should be a loading bar, near it on the left end a "Play"/"Download" button. Now, if your problem is that when you hit the download button and Origin just pops up a window in your face, saying that you've encountered an error, then just right click the Resurgence Pack, then click on "Repair Installation", once you click on that, a window will pop up saying that it is currently repairing your install, what it actually did on my PC, was straight up installing the DLC pack, now if on your PC it just "repairs" it then you have to download the pack after it has finished the repairing. Hope this works for you guys. Cheers!

Interesting...this bug affected the resurgence pack and is now affecting the Rebellion pack...was a fix ever found or did these people just lose out?
Id love to know as without a fix MP is pretty much unplayable.
