i am able to hit play icon, but then the next screen appears & says windows must shut down this program, any ideas i have updated all of my drivers & updated directx. does it matter whether you bought an online download or disc ,i have a disc.is the disc start up the problem. would just love to be able to play my game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
