 I had a problem where ME3 would not launch. It would show syncing with Cloud but then it wouldn't actually do anything, no process would appear, nothing. Not so much as a crash, just nothing.

What led to this was:

1. I tried to purchase Bioware points
2. After purchase it tried to download the update while the game was running
3. This kept cycling download 100%, download etc etc
4. I restarted the machine and the entire game data was wiped from my PC so I had to redownload the entire 9Gb again
5. After that the game would fail to launch from Origin

I tried deleting local player file, patching files etc. Nothing worked

I run on a laptop, native resolution is 1366 x 768. I checked the configuration utility and this was also set at 1366 x 768, so would seem to be ok.

However I dropped the resolution down to 800 x 600 using the configuration program and lo and behold the game would now launch. I was able to up the resolution back to 1366 x 768 using the options in game.

Running again no problems, hope this helps others out there
