Does anyone know if you have to complete the game again with the same
character on new game plus or if you can start over with an entirely new
playthrough and still get it for completing the game twice?  

I
already played through the game once as an infiltrator but I want to be a
different class for my second, but if new game plus is required to get
that I may just have to be my same infiltrator for both.
