Can someone from Bioware please comment on this?  We're told to go to EA for customer support but  then EA tells us to come here for customer support.  Can one or the other please help us?

I contacted EA to ask them about a patch and they told me to come here too.

Ditto this when I reported broken quests. Gameplay problem my ass.
