Okay so, I have been following the commendation pack thing for awhile now, hoping to get my pack FINNALLY. All the threads everywhere said "wait till next week when the patch comes out, we will release it then"  so I was like, Okay, lets do that. I check a few more times during the weekend, nothing, my net gets capped for tuesday (my time) but the patch isnt out till wedensday (my time) So I figure its okay if I dont check that day (since I can't)

So the patch came out, I downloaded it, eagerly go online and check- nothing. The DLC/Patch are installed, but no pack. I promoted 3 players during it (wasnt IN a multiplayer game at the time, just on menu) and nothing has happened.  So I checked the EA troubleshooting, they say to check user entitlements 

"Operation Raptor Commendation (Valid until Tuesday, April 10 at 5pm PST)" 

they also said that giving them out after that date isnt allowed- but they WERNT given out even by bioware until then! So now I have no pack, cant really ask EA since they will just quote the fact they will not extend it, and blarg, I miss out on my N7 weapon. I got a hurricane last time, which sucks, so I was kinda wanting another chance.

I am wondering the same thing, I promoted 2 people (my Engineer and my Vanguard) and still havn't seen the packs.

Frankly I dont know why they are time limited anyway- The victory packs sure, I can understand that. But the commendation packs you earned yourself, why would they POSSILBLY need to expire?

I checked my entitlements yesterday and I don't think I saw 'Operation Raptor Commendation' yesterday. I see it now but it expires in 30mins??.. come on..

Well I was just playing ME3 about 40 mins ago, and didnt see my pack then. it would be sucky if it popped up moment before it expired.

Yeah, I still haven't seen a commendation pack either.

Me too, I don't know what is the logic behind it for not extending.... We only had 3 days in total to get the pack.... what the hell is wrong with them?

Never received my packs.

wonder why they just didn't comp us bioware points. It may not be special weapon packs but at least its better than nothing.

This is total BS, I just looked at my registered game content today (11 April) and found out that my Operation Raptor Commendation pack expire YESTERDAY (10 April).

The worst part is, they stopped giving them out because of some users being able to get more then one....


But honestly, who of us USERS really cares if in a Co-Op some people get more then one? Frankly, all I want is my one- I wouldnt feel any more bitter over someone getting more then one, as I did receving the hurricane in my other N7 Pack!

So I promoted two classes for their 70 EMS.

Why did they set such a short expiration date for the Commendation Pack? I played on 9 April the whole day and never saw any Commendation Pack in the store. 11 April was the only day I did not touch ME3 at all so that must have been when they were both RELEASED and EXPIRED!

What a joke.
