 So i recently updated my OS from vista to windows 7, and as one might expect, all my games were wiped.
I recently found my old DA:O disk, but not the manual with my CD key.
Am wondering if there is a way to find my CD key here at BSN so i can reinstall, or am i screwd.

SInce your avatar shows you registered your games with EA, you can contact EA Customer Service and get that info. See the "BioWare Game Support" link under "Help" at the bottom of the page.

@Thandal is correct. I suggest you use the chat function to communicate with an EA tech person directly, and be firm.  We've seen some reports where they claim they cannot help; however, I see by your profile that you've registered a copy of the game.  You may need to be insistant and ask for a supervisor.
