Installed DLC - Constant Crashing

So the other day, I recently installed several DLC content, which includes:
  • Witch Hunt
  • Golems of Amgarrak
  • Leliana's Song
  • Darkspawn Chronicles
  • Feastday Gifts/Pranks
  • The Stone Prisoner
  • Warden's Keep
  • Return to Ostagar
I have had Awakening installed for quite some time now. I have never had this crashing issue before, until I installed the DLC. I have all the patches for Dragon Age: Origins.

There is no forewarning to the crashing, there is no lag, there's nothing and it's really starting to grate on my nerves.

Anyone else have this issue, is it just me? If so, is there a fix to it?

Thank you.

Systems specs?
Install method?
Mods?

See the sticky at the start of the forum, "READ FIRST: How to Research and Report Issues" social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/7280573

Oh, and you say you have "all the patches", but that's a meaningless statement.  First because you don't need "all" of them.  You only need the most recent.  And secondly, it's meaningless because it doesn't tell us exactly which is the highest numbered patch you have installed.  We'll  tell you if it's the latest.  (Currently, it's 1.05, as a matter of fact.  But that could have changed by the time you read this.)

More importantly, some of those DLC install *older* patches... meaning that Patch 1.05 should be installed after installing (or re-installing) and DLC.

If you need to report back for more help, please include whether or not you have any third-party mods installed-- some mods may conflict with DLCs or patch updates.

I do not have mods, I don't like them.

I have downloaded:
1.03
1.04
1.05

1.05 was downloaded and installed after all the DLC content was so my game is up to date.

The game itself was a retail copy, as was Awakening.
Here are my specs:

Intel Core i5 @ 2.67 GHz
4GB of RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Laptops are notorious for not running many games, including Dragon Age, well; if at all.  The "mobile" graphics chips which they typically contain are not officially supported either.  Perhaps something in the setup has changed or it was luckier before.  Perhaps because it might be an issue with patch 1.05 (an almost mandatory update which improves DLC/authentication issues) which did make some changes to how the game uses DirectX.

Also a little strange if the OP has all those installed but no actual Dragon Age game (O, A, or UE) registered here....

No, it's not.  There isn't any such thing.

The game does not require registering on this site.  If you don't want to help someone becuase of this (i.e., you think they have the game through illicit means), then there's no need to comment at all.

Try and actually READ your own linked article. It's talking about the (several) cards in the series with HD 65xx as part of the name, none of which has plain zeros.

Same thing here:

Then the appropriate response to the OP would be, "Which one?" and not "No, it's not."

I beg your pardon?  I gave my thoughts first, which I believed to be technical and relevant.  The registration point is merely a comment and was presented in a seperate pargraph.  If it's possible to Authenticate DLC redeemed on here without having a game registered  or to use a different login just for here (to me such a thing seems illogical), then my secondary point is indeed irrelevant.  I do not believe my first paragraph was.  I have no problem with being corrected.

My specs are as says, on my laptop.

I didn't register Dragon Age: Origins or Awakening because it didn't require it. If that bothers you, then kindly leave so I can get my issue resolved.

And pardon me, but I made a typo.

It's an AMD Radeon HD 6550M
