 I recently (like 5 mintues ago) bought 2 premium specter packs. But they didnt register or something idk and it gave me an error sign. I didnt get anything and im out of 5 bucks. Please help >.> what do i do to get my money back or atleast get my stuff

I'm in the same boat.  Logged into multiplayer went to buy a Premium Spectre pack and got the disconnected message after I'd paid for it.  Should have known better but I went back in and tried it again and the same thing happened.  So I've paid for two packs, I see the charges in my transaction history, and no items were ever recieved.  Please help someone.

You can try contactng SONY for your refund if you used real money. Other than that is anyone's guess. I've been SOL when purchasing packs..all day...keep getting errors and losing credits. >.< Guess they'll work it out in due time.

Yeah, I tried uninstalling the patches and dlc, along with power cycling my ps3 and router....didn't work. I'm really wishing I still had my Xbox. Its always something with this system, and I have been a Playstation guy for a long time....i even am a plus member even though they really don't release anything that peaks my interest......I just do it for the occasional deal.....but most people are fed up with their issues. And I really am becoming one of them. I wish Bioware would give them the finger, and threaten to stop making games for PS3 or any other console sony has corrupted. Maybe then they would get their act together and provide support for these developers....sorry for the rant, but i figured i'd chime in, I feel your pain.

I read another post how someone tried calling Sony on this issue and had no luck. As far as Sony is concerned the issue is on the game side. The billing and everything went through fine for me it was as the pack was loading in game that my connection was dropped causing me to be out the $ and the items.
