Or you know, he had partial control over both of them, but not their minds fully. And just had them both do the same thing, except Anderson had no gun in his hand. See Naruto-Shikamaru's shadow abilities. shadow touches multiple enemies, all do the same thing. Yes i'm using naruto:bandit:

I'm just going to assume you haven't done your research. Cause I thought it was a dream the first time I beat it on March 9th, I am a pretty observant person though.

Because it doesn't have a base. By that you could say that Shepard was indoctrinated when he was aboard a
reaper in me2 and when he was close to reapers and reaper devices.

The current ending is the one they say is correct, and they said it was a closure. Leaving the ending "he wakes up, reapers still right in his face" isn't closure, the more logical, and correct answer, is that all actually happened.

Why show the crucible activating if he didn't make it up there? Why dream that? Is he gonna wake up and then do it all over again? Kinda redunant also.

There is just so much wrong with it and soooo much of it is from people basically seeing what they want to see. I see a bunny in that cloud, hmm, i see a cloud.

They've said they won't be changing the ending, which, assuming the indoctrination theory is correct, is technically true.

Also, never thought I would have to say this, but no. The child made of magic who wants to kill all organics so synthetics don't kill them first even though synthetics are not killing organics simply for being organic is not the logical answer. I'm sorry, but it's not.

Also, if the current ending is confirmed to be the real ending, why did they not come out and say the Indoctrination Theory is incorrect? Why did they specifically say they have no comment on it, and want the Extended DLC to speak for itself?

Actually, I'll refute myself on that. Why not just come out and tell us what's going on instead of wasting months of time making an "extended" version. Carry on.

Did you also notice how the First part of the sequence looks like the Collector Ship, and the second part looks like Shadow Broker's ship, and the third part uses textures from the end of ME1 and is reminiscent of your conversation with Saren?

Yeah uhm...Shepard lives is a blue tinted scene.  Even though Destroy was red ectoplasm.

It doesn't just go, we are killing organics so they dont create synthetics that will kill organics. You missed something IMPORTANT. It is (in its line of thinking) saving us by making us reapers to preserve us, and ONLY the advanced races, nothing else. It is afraid, we will create synthetics that will rebel and destroy ALL organic life, not just ADVANCED organic life. TOTAL EXTINCTION. They won't simply destroy Synthetics when they come about, because that leaves the ADVANCED organics to KEEP GETTING MORE ADVANCED and creating MORE advanced synthetics that could possibly and eventually be stronger than the reapers, then they couldn't stop the TOTAL EXTINCTION. Carry on.

Simple it is because those who played the game and read everything should have known it was inevitable.  Shepard one day would crack.  He was the only one who has been near Reaper Tech and his bionics were Reaper Tech.  It was going to happen and the best time to have it all hit at once was the end. 

Did indoctrination in beginning or middle it would have been the end of Shepard and all of you would be complaining even more if it was the middle of the game.  I would be complaining if it was the middle of the game.

They're doing an amazing job preserving humanity by grinding them into paste and razing Earth to the ground.
It's afraid we'll create synthetics that will destroy all organic life, so it "preserves" advanced life. But leaves the same synthetics. That supposedly kill advanced life. To kill the life that will advance.

But when the organics and synthetics make peace, the organics still need to die. Because organics are dumb and squishy.

Face the Music, Majin.  Everywhere in the scene running to the Conduit had a blue glow.  The Conduit would no longer be operational if Citadel blew up.  

You need to face the facts.  Indoctrination is the only thing that makes sense for the ending.

It's funny watching you struggle. How did Shepard get into an enclosed area? He was surrounded by nothing but open space at the end. The destroy endings destroy the relays and Reaper tech, the citadel is both of these, and both were supposably destroyed. The emergency lighing has traditionally been red, thats how it was in ME1. I.T. makes way more sense, that's why it's 1400 pages long.

Pretty much exactly what I said, paraphrased. This man knows what the Indoctrination Theory actually consists of.
Meanwhile, he compares the "Falling to Earth" theory, as dumb as that sounds at face value, to an intelligently laid out analysis of the entirety of Mass Effect that comes to a conclusion that wraps up most of the plot holes.

Actually, we did. Almost every 'porous slab' is, in fact, covered with what looks like steel, (somewhat) reminiscent of citadel panels. At least, it's specular reflection differes considerably from what's inside.

So, ahem, styrofoam? It would be less dramatic if Shepard is buried in styrofoam. Far, far less dramatic. So I'm not latching onto any theories here, but they certainly could claim that Shepard is on the Citadel.

A closer look at this "concrete" :



Here, the "thing" that looks more like a piece of vehicle than a blown conduit :



Here again, the same object, but with the "cables" seen in foreground.



In the animation, this object has a "luster" like a painted, shiny metallic surface. The stripes are an aesthetic design, I don't know if aesthetics were the concern of Reapers, in such small details.
