Intriguing. Because we have a situation where the dlc in question is still being worked on, it would appear to be a Schrödinger cat moment, the dlc is right now both good and bad, and only when we will be able to observe it will we determine the true state of the endings dlc.

Well, since we're supposed to speculate...

I'm just going to say there's currently a civil war going on at BioWare HQ. The different sides keep feeding us info on what they want to do, hence why everything is so contradictory.

Also, could anyone possibly see if there have recently been any large shipments of nerf/airsoft/paintball guns to BioWare's HQ?

On a slightly more serious note, this is getting really annoying. BioWare is screwing with our heads. Maybe they're just trying to drive us insane so we accept the endings?

On purpose. But she hasn't denied there being more options. She hasn't confirmed it either, but in this post she has shown she can deny things she patently knows aren't true.

Neither confirming nor denying might serve two purposes.

1. To keep people confused and unsure of Bioware because she herself has no idea what's up.
2. To keep people excited and hopeful without spoiling a story.

If nothing major was truly being changed, I don't know of any good reasons to protect the fan base from spoilers.

Unless you're just totally BS'ing them for "the lulz." I haven't ruled that out.

Not sure how to feel about it if it's true. I mean, the Synthesis option is still an eye-sore to me, even if I get a better fourth option. Starkid is still an eye-sore even if he gets 5 more lines of dialogue... I will just have go wait and see if Bioware can make it work, or at least make it seem acceptable.

What IÄm fearing is that Bioware is very selective in what they pick up form fans reactions and simply ignore everything they don't want.
They've doen this for weeks with the uproar about the ending in general and now they keep on ignoring that people hate the starchild, hate the inconsistencies surrounding the starchild, hate the feeling of having no acceptable option etc...

I still hope the Extended ending will help right what is wrong with the ending, but Bioware is not exactly giving me any assurances that they actually will.
