I'm not going to fault Ms. Merizan for anything. I do hope that BW would just add more detail to their announcements so we don't have to rely on twitter to get updates.
A post stickied in the forums about exactly what they will & won't do and what story elements are or are not confirmed would be a good idea.

One piece of good news, that the "new options in the crucible" peace of feedback has been noted. By whom? No idea. Do they note it in the colum of "sure good idea, let's do that"; or do they note it in the column of "**** those people, we're not doing that garbage"? No idea. Yay speculation! Trying not to have too much hope/expectations for this least it hit as hard as the regular ending...don't want to deal with that again from this franchise/studio.

I think "your comment has been noted"/"we're listening" is probably just a default PR response when there's really nothing they wish to say about something.

Merizan has said so many incredibly silly things... Im surprised people still fall for it...
Yeup. I really hope her teasing "hints" are right, but nothing she implies echoes with what we hear from the rest of Bioware. Something doesnt add up and, frankly, her encouragement of anything but reality is a cruel thing to do to a fanbase she prides herself of being a part of.
If you cant tell us whats up, just say that instead of being cryptic.

She's the community manager people she is not involved with the development or writing of the Mass Effect universe. It's probably for the best if we stop following her personal twitter as if she's the one who will make official statements on content.
