I posted earlier how ME3 wouldn't patch or DL the DLC pack from today, but after uninstalling the game and Original and clearing all caches, the game sits in limbo at 0%, pausing after I hit continue downloading.
Advice? Tech support is useless. Not a person on Origin has a clue as to wtf they're talking about. Outsourced help, go figure.
ME3 won't even DL now

I have the same problem. I haven't been able to update the game since launch, but I just ignored it. The new DLC, however, forces me to patch the game to play it. I decided to uninstall in hopes that I could do a clean install, and now I can't play the game at all. I own the collector's edition. All of my other Origin games download and update with no issue. This has been a problem since launch...
EA/BioWare, you need to fix this. I'm seriously losing patience with your support and your brand. I'm getting to the point where I'm about to give up and demand a refund.

I had the same problem, the DLC download got stuck at 80%, then cancelled it and just now figured out how to restart the download, i shall get back to you after the download to clarify.

I don't think either of us are having troubles with the DLC, we are having trouble with the patch. Correct me if I'm wrong. The DLC downloaded just fine, like every other game/DLC I own on Origin. This is extremely frustrating. The Origin support is worthless, and I feel that no one at EA/BioWare is actually paying attention to these technical support forums.

You guys aren't the only one with this problem. BF3 had a similar ordeal that really was only resolved via the forums, but this one seems to be pretty recent for ME3 (as it happened to me 2 days ago, and since then this problem has grown to plenty more people...) So, I posted this on another board, maybe it will help you:
Guess what guys!?!?
I want to be cool and join your party too, because I'm having the same problem. I've closed firewalls, opened all 13 required TCP/UDP ports for Origin, and uninstalled and re installed Origin... Problem is this problem isn't new, it has been going on for several months now since BF3. EA FIX THIS. I will say that going by peoples experience on the forums disabling firewalls may be part of it. If you want try adding these ports to your firewall exceptions list that may work as well:
TCP ports:
80
443
9960-9969
1024-1124
18000
18120
18060
27900
28910
29900
UDP ports:
1024-1124
18000
29900
Also, right clicking and running ME3/orgin as administrator has worked for some people
Maybe this will help you more than it will help me, those numbers are off the Origin help site.

Thanks. I've already tried all of these suggestions and I've gotten nowhere.

Ya, there's another forum on this site discussing this as well, nothing is working. EA/Bioware please address this as a serious problem. A lot of forums are popping up with this issue. Thank you.
