Although I listened to every char (mostly), completed virtually all of the standard quests and companion quests... I found myself "tabbing" through the game, rather than reading the codexes (I just found them too boring) or trolling through quest item inventory.

That is: hit tab, click on anything that highlights, else figure out (fairly obvious) puzzle.

Here's my question: what did I miss?

Here's what I am aware of (that requires reading the codex, or checking quest items):
1) the sciences quest in the mage tower 
2) the high dragon by the urn - yep, I missed this, because I didn't think it was an option anymore (given nothing highlights and my dialog choices). Finished the game in Juggernaught armor instead ... I guess more of a challenge? ;-)

Hmm for the High Dragon, you didn't need to read any codex entries. Did you kill Kolgrim?

If you did you should have gotten his horn which you can blow on to summon the dragon down to fight ya.
