Well, with no DLC's pending (no complaints here -- it means DAIII's already in the oven) it seems like it's going to be a long road till our next Dragon Age gaming experience. Since this forum allows us to have the ears of our writers and other developers I thought we could humble request a few goodies over the next year or two or three (seriously guys, take your time!) to hold us over.

I, for instance, would really love to get my hands on a short story (maybe just a few chapters) explaining a lot more about any of Thedas' religions and what the origins and powers are behind them. Who wrote the Qun and what it actually teaches (we know it involves a strict code of discipline but not much else), whether the Stone that the dwarves worship is actually a living thing (the nexus gollum said it lives beneath Orlais... what the?), more about the gods of the elves from people who were actually alive long ago to know them, or something about Andraste from her point of view or one of her contemporaries.

Or heck, Flemeth and what on earth actually happened with her and Cormac/Osen/Connobar. Or anything from her point of view. She's funny, and I love trying to figure her out.

That's just something I've been drooling over. Seriously, I know the writers wake up at 3am and think about this stuff.  Could you guys throw us a few bones while we wait? We'd love you a lot for it. :)

Anyone else have any ideas?

Feel free to suggest Morrigan post-DA:O but I don't think it's going to happen.

Have you read any of David Gaiders books? Or read the comics? I've had to go back and buy the books and comics to keep me occupied- and playing through a total canon playthrough from origins and DA2 so I have a save all perfected. Asunder is great (it's the only one I've read so far, besides the comics), and the characters are all pretty cool and may or may not eventually show up somehow as NPCs or something in future games. It's helped a lot- but I agree with you. There's a long haul coming waiting for the game. Def ready for some little goodies to latch on to. :) PAX info was great for that.

I'd like little bits of information about whats in store in DA3 released throughout the next year or until it's release. Maybe cheeky little hints in the form of short stories, comics, codex pages, concept art, interviews etc.

... Stuff to keep our interest up.

You know what they ought to do?

Release an anime staring one of our companions for DAIII.

I have read them all.

... and now I feel really selfish for wanting something else.  Image IPB

Wow guys... based on some of your other posts I guess I was assuming that if you replied to this thread at all you'd have something really interesting and creative to say. I'll take the sarcasm, though I was sincerely interested in your answers. Image IPB
