Everytime I try to start the download for the Resurgence DLC it automatically stops and never goes beyond 0% completion. I've closed and reopened origin numerous times (as admin). I've also tried restarting. This is becoming really aggrevating. Is there something I'm missing?

Enable Origin in-game, then select downloadable content from the menu, Origin pops up and shows you the available DLCs, select Resurgence and it starts the download automatically.
