It shows up as "DLC" under my quests... so how do I start it.

You need to finish the opening part of the game (origin + Ostagar). Once all that happens go to the world map and select the part camp in the upper right-hand corner. You'll see a guy in the camp. Talk with him.

Use the ingame DLC downloader.

You can download Warden's Keep from within the game. Go to the initial menu where you choose to start a game and click on the download option. You'll need pay for "points" to download. I think there's a link for that on the same page.
