only if your PS3 is connected to the internet. Bioware have decided that they hate all offline console gamers and refuse to let them register their games and post on any ME3 forums other than general. So you will not be able to post on the spoiler, companion/romance or tech support forum. So if you have anything for those forums you will have to post them on the General forum.
If Bioware doesn't want us to post spoilers there they should allow us to post elsewhere
(But don't go out of your way to post spoilers there..only do it if it is hard to discuss the topic and have your say without a spoiler)
