So I finally decided to use the glitch in ME2 to get 90% paragon then
increase renegade up to like 80%? Just to be safe cause I heard that
having both maxed will screws things with your romance and such, in the
same time I don't want to risk having full paragon and miss out all the
cool renegade dialogue options (I'm using the glitch cause I wanna be paragon and still be badass). Anyways these are just speculations, I would appericitae it if someone can put together the implications of both
options on loyalty, romance and the dialogue for paragon and renegade nearly maxed with paragon being slightly higher, also if I should start wih one first and possibly how it will affect the facial scars.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I'm already half way through ME2 so i don't want to repeat it unless I'm sure that it'll solve my problem.

Nope, I'm right there, not really doing anything until I know the results.

The glitch is near the beginning of the game. After you heal Wilson and use Overload on the nearby barrels, Jacob mentions Cerberus to you. During this conversation you can get four paragon or renegade points (or two of each). Immediately after the convo, save and reload. Walk forward a little, and the convo with Jacob starts again. Get your four points. Save. Reload and repeat until you die of boredom.
If anyone knows the answer to the original question, as to the ramifications of doing this, that would be greatly appreciated. I’m not using a ME1 save, so it would be nice to build up some “spare” points, to be able to have more leeway in decisions throughout the game.
