The latest Live chat rep stated that this issue has to be handled by EA (over the phone / email) and the rep thinks this will likely have to be fixed via issuing me an Entirely new EA account / games . Fun
. I don't get to find out b/c it seems EA reps work 10a->10p PST so being on East coast, they're gone for the day. Lets move to day 5 of issues.

Yeah I'm def losing my cool here. Now I find out that Phone reps are not available on the weekends so i'm completely SOL.

Ive heard nothing of a patch or fix but both Chris Priestly and Scylla Costa have said they are looking into it.
I wish they would hurry though or even post some feedback for us as this is growing more frustrating every day:(

This is really starting to annoy me.
