I find it strange that, not only does it not download automatically, but none of the official announcements seem to mention these instructions. Does it just go without saying that you should click the tiny i next to the game, and then "shop for addons"?

To bad that doing this does not guarantee a clean sweep either. I clicked to download, and it flashed, then asked to install... But it never even downloaded, now I do not have the option to redownload, and clicking install does nothing but open the game.

It's the effing Origin requirement. Go to the DLC page of this site, you see nothing about Resurgence. Only if you dig around in their Steam wannabe can you find it. A free expansion should just be patched, no?
