asked this the multiplayer forum but it went to the 3rd page in like 5 min.
I have just tried multiplayer and I can't seem to move my power around on the hotkey bar
in single player you just bring up the hud and hold lmb and move it to the spot you want. that does not seem to be working in multiplayer.
is it done a different way in multiplayer or a bug?

Neither a different way or a bug. You're simply not able to do it in multiplayer.

I feel for you. I myself have had innumerable occasions when i've ended up using the wrong powers between switching characters in MP and everyone in the game goes "whaaaa . . .LOL, look at the noob"

I never understood why that wasn't an option. Especially when it could be implemented into the loadout screen so you have it all set up and don't have to do it mid game. When I first played MP and couldn't move it I was like...
