Problem SOLVED, at least for me with DLC resurgence not being validated
Decided to try and login on my machine with another account and got the same error. Then used the other account on a different computer and it worked, the Multiplayer DLC loaded. So, i suspected it was my computer and not anything on EA's side.
So next steps... I shut down the game and Origins. Uninstalled origin's client. Went through Registry and deleted any keys with "Mass Effect 3" in it. About 15 probably. Then i deleted the DLC and all config files i could find in the actual game folder. I did not fully delete the game nor did i delete my save games. But in the same game folder i did delete some config / meta looking files.
Re-installed origins, re-installed the DLC's and now everything seems to be working.

so i was having similar issues with no succes. However I tried something that worked for me. I backed up my saves for Mass effect 3 on my desktop in a folder went to my documents/bioware/masseffect 3 and deleted the mass effect 3 folder. I did not run the uninstaller or delete the folder in program files/origin games/masseffect 3 I left that one alone. after is was deleted I ran origins and ran a repair on the mass effect 3 game not the dlc's afterwards the multiplayer ran fine.
hope this helps

I uninstalled/reinstalled Origin only and my computer now says resurgence is ready to play...starting ME3...no stupid message...and we're go! (finally)
