It stuck at 0 kbps no matter what, I'm pretty sure it's not something on my end because I can still download/streaming vids at normal speeds.

Not sure if this will help, but I closed Origin then turned it back on again, and a couple mins later the DLC downloaded.

Finally got it working, turns out that I forget to open origin's ports (lol stupid me)
