I just started playing the single player game and got to Mars. All of a sudden I seem unable to pick up more ammo/thermal clips. My assault rifle is empty. It says it's empty, yet when I move across some thermal clips on the ground, it says "Ammo Full".
I tried saving and reloading, then exiting the game and reloading, but the bug is still there. Is there any solution for this at this time?
Ammo Full bug?

This has happened to me, too. My sniper rifle started out at 10. When it reached 3 and I went to pick up some thermal clips, it would say "Ammo Full". My poor sniper rifle.

Same situation here! Out of ammo and can not pick up any power clips, says ammo full.

I literally just had this bug in multiplayer, luckily I had a backup submachine gun with the ammo upgrades but it still ended up with my infiltrator running around trying to melee everyone.
