Was just playing ME3 to get some more kills for the Veteran achievement when the patch hit...so I installed it and my kills went from 4100 ish to 0.
Any idea how I can get this back?

Same thing happened to me, as of now there is no way of getting it back. Also all bonus powers in the Normandy have reset and some of the achievement counters are not working properly.
