Maybe read the sticky... I hear they have news about it in there. Also they will give you your packs when they fix the packs glitch.

I'm still missing the commendation packs from both events(Goliath, Raptor). I have the Operation Raptor Commendation listed under my game promotions at the moment (which says it has expired apr 10), but I could neither see it in the store or origin so I could never aquire it previously. I did get an victory pack with a few expendable 1 use items like medi-gel and stuff but never the commendation pack. Not to mention the countless 99,000 credits I've lost trying to aquire premium spectre packs that never goes through. And from what I gathered due to a exploit where people were getting multiple packs they delayed giving them out, and well my commendation lists as expired now.

I haven´t got mine either and i think we won´t get it at all. They removed the first thread and soon they will remove the other one and leave the rest to the forum "community" to shout down everyone who dares to ask.

I was lucky that I claimed my prize early before they took them down. Best of luck to everyone still waiting. For what it's worth, the prizes were only average in value.

there are as many as there need to be, the community is frustrated and disappointed. no matter which side your on, also this thread was created in response to the actuall often updated thread first being closed and then removed. and since the other official is locked and has not seen any activity in 7 days, i suggest you do some selective reading, if you cant handle these threads then dont read them and reply to them, you just make yourself look like a complete jackass.

A million of these threads wouldn't pop up if there was communication and transparency. By their reports they had the fix done last Friday. People, myself included, don't understand the four+ days of testing. The quick turnaround on the fix means they knew exactly what the issue was. The fact the bug didn't exist after Goliath and we don't get patched with every operation so the glitch is server side. No need to go through MS or Sonys Quality Control. I play FF11 and I've experienced SE patching actual gameplay glitches that surely involve mor code than the pack distribution within a couple of days.
