I installed it but the new maps and characters won't appear . it's like I didn't install it at all . I tried deleting it and installing it for a couple of times now but nothing changed .

Where are you from? If your from europe and you download the dlc in a american account, it won't work. The same happened to me. Just wait until the release of the european store.
