.....and still not received the second one! Exactly the same for one of my friends.
Is anyone else having this issue? I paid for mine in February and they were shipped in February. I got an apology saying they would be shipped shortly, but it's now April!!
Help anyone please?

You should open up a case with Customer Service. It was an error in our fulfillment warehouse, and they were supposed to have fixed it. If they did not - let CS know and they'll help you out!

Ok I let them know and got an apology. I was told an email would be sent down to the warehouse, but the actual case is not showing when I check for an update.
