The MO is to bicker and derail the thread so a mod sinks into the depths of the forum. Just like the last thread on this topic.

Oh, you mean you dont want actual discussion and being countered with actual facts and arguments? Oh well, I see where we go wrong now!

Why do you come here when you clearly only want people to agree with you?

I see a lot of "maybes" in your stuff with no proof, but that is your MO, make statements, be snide and condescending and provide no proof what-so-ever while trying to dismiss other people's proof. You do that from thread to thread.

Yes, I do believe you are a paid PR troll

Wouldn't you rather have his use maybes instead of false information like most of you do throwing percentages and numbers out of nowhere? I think it's awesome he never states anything as fact.

You can believe whatever you want. except for the fact that most PR have facts and state them one thing you just claimed he does not

Let's see, he writes everything off as being a Maybe and says that everyone is wrong because of these maybe's. Paid, no he isn't smart enough.

No, he wants the discussion to be on topic, the last thread went down because of all of the bickering caused by them. He wants this one to stay clean.

hes actually telling you what he does on BSN,not what he thinks others do.

because you debunked the BBB article with facts, the anti game crowd will want this thread buried,as with the other one, where he just argued with anyone who replied to him.

just ignore him and watch what happens ;)

same goes for slyguy

Try to follow along.

Xperson was asking "why there's only 58 complaints to the BBB if this was a huge epidemic". I, not working for the BBB, tried to give several options as to why that may be that make logical sense, both to me, and to impartial observers.

Now, I get told that you don't WANT multiple choices, and instead demand that I give one absolute statement, even though I, again, don't work for the BBB.

Hm.

No wonder you don't like the "A, B, C" endings. That's too many options for you, you would prefer it just to be an "A" ending.

I can forgive Bioware for a few misgivings with regards to the game, especially since they are releasing free DLC, but they've definitely skipped the boat on their marketing tactics.

I'm studying for a marketing exam right now, and just reading over the sections on unethical marketing, I can see Bioware/EA fitting some of the definitions/examples pretty neatly. It's not just Mass Effect 3 either. Dragon Age 2 was another example, where what was advertised isn't exactly the way it's described in the actual game. Now, I don't consider it as bad as it seems, though I do hope the company cleans up a little.

I see, yet you take no issue with calling people PR drones for disagreeing with a position? How does that work for you then? A nice bit of cognitive dissonance or something?

He also threatened to beat me for disagreeing with him a while ago, so I'd say "pretty well", frankly.

Thing is that there is evidence to support those claims, so i really don't bother.

What evidence? A pay stub? An employment form? BioWare commenting "Boy, that Father_Jerusalem sure is doing great at his job of being a paid PA troll."

Or is it because I disagree with you.

Go ahead, show me "evidence" that I'm paid by BioWare. Because if you can find some, I'd love to see it - I haven't gotten any paychecks so far. Maybe with your "evidence", I can finally get paid.

I don't see how working with bbb or not matters. I have only seen one option and it was easy to take a swing at.
Anyway i do not want an absolute statement so much as i don't want you saying any "maybe" idea cancels out another that is just as plausable if not better.

Oh....so someone who disagrees should leave the topic and you express that but someone insulting others and throwing accusations around is....well, thats cool and doesnt bring the mods down here, ofcourse.

Ye gods....I swear my IQ is just dropping trying to follow that line of reasoning.

If that was in a language at all, its origins are unknown to me.

X asked about why the complaints with the BBB are only at 58 if this is huge. I answered with several options that make logical sense. Not working for the BBB, "maybe" is the best I can do. I do not say that "maybe" is an absolute, I do not claim that it "cancels" anything out. I simply tried to answer the question that was posed to me to the best of my abilities.

And now, I get criticized because of it. *throws up his hands in frustration*

What the hell do you people WANT from me?

I never pointed a finger, there is proof but it leaves many questions.
Proof that EA has paid trolls is as follows,  you were though, you might be who knows.

Also, it is good enough for me to see that, read the whole thing please.

lol 58 complaints to BBB in 3 years gets an F! From my experience that means they should have a triple Z rating for banks/financial institutions.

You mean the part where l00P was trying to get people to report me because I disagreed with your position? Or the part where Aesieru spammed a post with, like, 100 copies of the same link and nothing else and then tried to say "nuh uh! that's not spam!"

Oh wait, I think I've figured out why you're not calling them out on that behavior, they AGREE with you. Conspiracy, solved.

No, the part where everyone went crazy and started playing the blame game, then just flat out bickering. That is when. Now drop it, or further prove the EA troll theory.

I don't report people. I said that in the previous thread too.

Like it or not, this BBB blog is gonna get media attention. And it doesn't look good for EA/BioWare.

Check out the title of this article:

"EA guilty of "false advertising" over Mass Effect 3 ending, claims US watchdog"

http://www.oxm.co.uk...ms-us-watchdog/

Check out the bottom of the article:

EA was recently voted the worst company in America by over 250,000 people. This probably isn't going to help.

We're gonna hear about this stuff over and over.

The hilarious thing about this is you KNOW she didn't play the game and only formed her opinion based on other opinions. The retakers may be hypersensitive adolescents but at least they have the basic information necessary to have an opinion on this issue.
