None of the articles are trying to discredit the BBB like some people are doing here. They are simply reporting the news. It's not good when someone at the BBB says EA/BioWare needs to clean up their act.

Also, this was in one article:

EA was recently voted the worst company in America by over 250,000 people. This probably isn't going to help.

These types of things will follow EA/BioWare for a long time. In a negative way.

It's not about the law existing, it's about opening a lawsuit for such a trivial matter.
Bioware lies didn't brake someone's bone, Bioware's lies didn't killed anyone (well, I hope so for the sake of video games in general...), Bioware's lies didn't makes one to lose a lots of money (not litteraly at least), so it is not worth a lawsuit (imho).

Yup, it has definately been upgraded from ending dissatisfaction to a smear campaign. What wonderful fans.

they are not fans,they stated a few times this is just a pastime to them.
they can be directly traced to the self destruction of retake and HTL

just as easy it is for them to smear bioware,they smear the groups too.

i wondered why this forum let them go on for so long,but they were wiser than me,they knew if left alone they would self destruct
