I have come across 2 bugs that have rendered Mass Effect 3 single player unplayable.

1. I assumed this was what was supposed to be fixed in todays patch (April 11th). Where after walking to the conduit after shooting Marauder Shields it freezes on the loading screen after downloading todays patch this issue continues. Despite downloading than clearing the cache to download the patch again 3 times.

1b) This also happened when I would try going to the citadel on Disc 1 I could do most things on disc 2 but with this mission Disc 1 is necessary.

2. When the conduit freeze occured I attempted to simply start a new playthrough to wait out the next patch but now after I finish the Leaving Earth mission the games textures load slowly, sound dissapears, than the game freezes soon after this occurs within the span of about 2 minutes after landing on mars.

I have tried various fixes such as re-downloading all my DLC, clearing the cache, and so on and have seen no change, this problem has persisted since March 11th. Is there a simple home fix for these issues? Is Bioware aware of these? 

*Update* I uninstalled Javik and started a NEW playthrough and I no longer freeze on Mars, I would like to keep Javik can anyone elaborate on whether or not downloading him again would cause the freezes to come back?

*Update 2* This has reoccured after reinstalling From Ashes but at a much later point while going to the Asari Colony mission, originally this only occured on Disc 1 but now it's occuring on Disc 2. Both patches have been installed it seems what I did was a simple temp fix or From Ashes is broken.

Same here! The patch it's bugged!!! I can't play now... the game freeze after 2 min...anytime!

I played mass effect 3 single player from start to finish with no issues at all . Then I downloaded the from ashes dlc , now 75% of the time I go from one area to another and get a loading screen the game totally freezes and I have to compleatly restart my 360 . is this the same issue you are having with javik ? and if it is any advice on how to fix the issue ? would love to have the game playable in it's entirety .

I had to uninstall Javik and start a completely new playthrough than reinstalled Javik later, ironically enough the issue has reoccured today just as I was about to do a new mission previously this only occured on Disc 1 but this mission is on Disc 2, I tried to install Disc 2 on my HD but now I'm getting a disc is unreadable error, which is odd because I had installed it before with no issues. I don't know if it's possible but it almost seems like From Ashes corrupts the discs or something despite the 2 patches that have been released.

I feel you dude, I cant play at all, my game freezes at the main menu after the DLC, with the notice "checking downloadable content" and never ends loading it. Wont let me play MP neither

Same here. The game (single & multi) freeze every 1/2 hours. Ever. Sometimes i can play 4/5 hours without problems... the console works perfectly with others games, install disks don't works...

AFTER THE PATCH: the game freeze EVERY 2/5 min!!! Every times. I can't play... i load a save and a minute later: freeze.

But i found a solution: cancel the patch! I cancelled the cache, and now i play single player offline and it's work fine (freeze only every 2 hours)!

But... so it's a DLC bugged? I have:
-From ashes
-Avatar rewards (normandy, gray t-shirt, helmet and omniblade)
-N7 Warfare Gear
-Collection Edition stuff

Its like whack-a-mole, for every patch there is 1 new hole and 2 new moles added.

I understand that your Mass effect 3 game crashes at the particular instance of the game.

If the issue is still persisting we may suggest you to try the disk on another console. If the game do not work on another console then most likely there is an issue with the disk. In such cases we will suggest you to replace the game disk from our warranty department.
