 I don't have ME3 Resurgence DLC yet?  Anyone care to explain?

i dont how is if for consoles but on the PC version you have to dl the patch manually you can do it in origin or open the game and in the main menu click on dlc and buy(for free ofc) the pack after its finished downloading you restart the game and there you go

Well the patch downloaded but there's no trace of the DLC (no new maps, characters, weapons, etc)

Does my region have anything to do with it?
