Best way to fix this would be to throw out that p.o.s of a console and get a PC.

i do!!! omfg!! every single time i try to load the game it gets to the main menu an says "Connecting to EA" then is freezes!!! wtf D':

Hmm...good thing I haven't installed it yet (b/c I haven't had a chance to play since it was released). Is it a mandatory update?

I had something strange when I downloaded the update on the Xbox - it didn't freeze, but for some reason it just played the ending cinematics but all out of order. Really strange, but re-started and everything is fine.

 you do know what the pc means right,

Piece of Crap.. and i didnt have any problme  with the patch only froze once on me after the patch when it was  connecting to mp

Yes i do new (real) HD textures and mods.

I have an Xbox 360 a ps3 and a custom built(do it myself) pc for gaming i don't understand the hate one gamer has for the other

I had this problem on the PC, I had to restart the mission I was on and it worked fine, for the automatic save was corrupted.

I was having an issue with this a few hours ago, took me about 40-50 minutes before I finally was able to access the game without freezing, Now it seems to be working fine, at least for now... We will see!

Bioware is BRILLIANT! They have solved all the bugs by not allowing the game to be started!

Yeah, my consle freezes for a half second between waves in MP. It doen't bother me that much though.

ME1 Xbox = 5 Playthroughs, no crashes
ME2 Xbox = 6 Playthroughs, no crashes
ME3 Xbox = 1 Playthrough, 7 lockups/crashes
