I got the pre-order n7 mass effect3 edition and until the other day it saying i need to get online pass to use the online features even to i already done that and also im on ps3 and where do i find the download screen on mass effect ive looked in the options screen dunno whre to look help would be appriciated

Did you redeem your Online code from the Playstation Store too? If you do that it will ask you to download The Mass Effect 3 N7 Collectors Edition package (60MB).

Optional: Once you install the above you can download The 'From Ashes' DLC (583MB) from the Playstation Store aswell

You should be able to go online (Multiplayer at the title screen) after that.

That's how it worked for me (UK).
