My registration for Dragon Age: Origins (PC) seems to have disappeared from the Social Network, and possibly from my account.  I registered my copy of the game when I received it at the beginning of November.  If my registration has been somehow lost (as seems corroborated by my not yet having received The Edge DLC), I would appreciate having it restored, including the correct date of registration and the DLC I received for registering a new copy (for which I have the acheivement).

Also, I have tried to check my account on the DA customer support pages, but that part of the site doesn't recognize my name and password.  This also means I can't use the customer support "email us" link because that also asks me to log in.

You're not the only one who has had the game registration disappear. It's pretty annoying because you can't do things like download the toolset or even post in the game forums.

yeah, I had this problem-the game registration disappearing like that. I can still view the DLC, however.

Yes, me too, excepting the Edge. However, I am worried that when I reinstall on a future computer, I won't have access to everything to which I am entitled.

This is the second thread I've seen talking about this problem. I also have this issue and the fact bioware are so far keeping quiet about it aint very inspiring and it's starting to get anoying.

I could just attempt to re-register with the same code, but I'd rather wait to see if bioware picks up on this problem first.

Yes, I thought about re-registering as well, but I'm concerned that their system will think it is a used copy. That might cause some issues with DLCs.

A recent site build changed it so that the "My Games" menu in the sidebar only links to games you have registered *on this site*. Additionally, if you registered your game on an EA site (i.e. not here), then it never affected anything on this site and you will have to register it here instead.

The only other way for your game registration to have disappeared from this site is if you explicitly clicked the "remove registration" link here.

I've lost all my game registrations also. The forums refuse to allow me to post in areas in which I should be able to.

Frankly, I'm no longer really that interested in trying to follow or understand the vagaries of this site; it's largely a failure as far as I'm concerned.

Registering games on *this site* has nothing at all to do with DLC validation.  Go nuts.

It would be good to give a bit of advance notice next time, instead of us wondering if something's gone seriously wrong :P

Well as far as I recall I did register it here and I certainly never clicked any remove registration link. At any rate I've stopped caring for this messed up system and entered my reg code again which it accepted and seems to be happy with so far but if anything ends up borked later I will not be pleased. A word of the wise keep systems in one place not this cross EA/Bioware garbage it was asking for trouble from the start and has proven to be nothing but hassle. Whoever thought it was a good idea needs to be fired. Can't help but think this is a glimpse of the future with EA being nutorious for screwing things up. Never was happy about Bioware being swallowed up by the blight that is EA. *end of rant*

**EDIT**
Now if I click on the online profile in game I get met with
"Profile Not Found
The requested player does not have any Dragon Age data uploaded.
"

*Headdesk* Does anything work properly? The profile is still there! I can click on DAO under my games and look at it! God! Fix one thing break another is that the new motto? lol okay I'll stop picking on this place now.

Ah, I wasn't aware there was such a separation between the two.  I'm sure you can understand my confusion.  Thank you for the reply.

Have the same problem - I've got Steam PC version of DAO, and registered it both on this site and EA shortly after the launch. All was well, game was registered, I've redeemed preoder bonus. And yesterday, suddenly, social site shows that I've no registered game at all. I've tried to enter my CD-key again. And it didn't work, site keeps showing message that my key is incorrect. Strangest of all it, I still have my character profile, and it's working.

So, what do I do to re-register my game? Thanks in advance.

My registration's gone from this site, too (though my profile is updating just fine). It's really worrisome that in the week or so that these two threads have been around, there's been no response at all from BioWare.

EDIT 1:  Oops.  Sorry about that, Jesse van Herk.  It looks like BioWare has responded.

EDIT 2:  an interesting side effect of this is that I can no longer post in some threads that I've already posted in.  For instance, I'm the 2nd poster in this thread:

http://social.biowar...47/index/172964

and I'm no longer qualified to post there.

Everyone who has reported this problem and attempted to re-register has eventually been able to. Keep trying.
