 Hi Guys, 
I am currently using a PS3. 
I recently downloaded Arrival DLC and installed the ShadowBroker DLC through my disk, played through both DLC's, completed them, and continued to complete the game. 
I'm now starting my second career, but both DLC's are not working. I've downloaded Arrival several times, and re-sintalled but with no luck. Is there something i'm doing wrong?
