seems there's a difference on who provides the DLC and patch on origin. to be more specific where these files come from. I've had issues downloading the patch since the 9th. it always remains stuck on "preparing" yet i was able to download the DLC without a problem. sure it took me four hours due to my overseas location; but i got it. but it won't work anyway becuase it requires the patch
what ever server the DLC came from...ALL PATCHES SHOULD COME FROM THAT SERVER !!! tired of being blocked and i've yet to get any sort of help on the issue. this aso affects my "galaxy at war" readiness on my single player. at this rate, i may aswell not attempt playing my second campiagn.
