I want to unlock more appearance options for my Krogie Battlemaster. I only have secondary color so far, definitely want the lights.

I've only unlocked the Justicar twice and the Batarian Sentinel once. I've got the Kishock up to level VI, though. Still want a Geth, hoping the reserve pack for tonight will give it to me.

The Premium Spectre packs ended during weekend.

assuming you mean n7 weapons, yeah you can i some how got one through a random normal spectre pack, but that might also be a bug, not sure.

the packs are given out after a mp event, when they're distributed the packs will show up in the equipment shop for free.

SO where is it? The day is at 20:31 and no pack?
If this ends up like the last one. Where i did not recieve my pack, i'm gonna put this game through a blender.

i already unlock all class except KroVan Battlemaster

Rage has been gimped for that class, you'll definitely notice it when you're using it.  Centurians, Geth Rocket Troopers and Marauders all fall to my Krogan Soldier's melee attacks. 

But the Kroguard class seems to have none of the soldier's battle prowess.  Which is odd considering that he's supposed to be a Battlemaster.

Well, technically, the validity of shrinkwrap contracts is rather dependent on which state/country you're in. There is plenty of precedent for them not being recognised as legally binding contracts in a court of law. However, the person you quoted has no case, either way.

If you feel you were mislead of forced to agree just to be allowed to use you purchase product you still have the right to file a suit in the  small claims for about 18 bucks in most any stat, this will cost any company several thosands of dollars and send them a message. It will go on public record win or lose, and if enough people do this the federal trade commision will get involved.

Store policy will not refund money on an open product they will only exchange for a same item and they will reopen the item so it can not be resold as new unopened. pick your location game stop walmart what ever.

game stop will buy it back for 5 bucks from you and put it back on their shelf for 49.00 as used

Packs usually come between Tuesday evening and Wednesday. As always. As we have to repeat every week right after a challenge with 20+ repetitions.

Where is this supposed 'Resurgence Equipment Pack' thing? Been playing online with friends for a few hours now, None of us has gotten the pack yet.

It will be in the store where you buy the other packs.  Don't expect it until after 1700 PST though.

I PM Brian Johnson (moderator), he answered that I should wait for a oficial statement. So, there's no need to call support and get the expired pack, or anything like that, just wait, something is coming..
