lol. everytime you get a character card, it unlocks another "apperance" attribute, and give you exp for the class. you'll never stop getting them.
Once the weapons are lvl X then you stop getting cards for those...cuz there's nothing more to get for them...lol

This is true. Another fact, I've received over 20 character cards in the past month for characters at level 20 with ALL appearance options unlocked... No lol.

Yeah...that stuff sucks...tho i've noticed...at random times some of my friends have promoted a class...and IMMEDIATELY after promoting, the class is already leveled a few times...is it possible that the cards have something to do with that?...something to investigate...if so...those cards aren't AS dumb...but still dumb none the less...

I got mine as soon as it came out...before ppl started doing whatever cheat thing happened...so...i really don;t know wat to tell you...all i can say is for next time...get the pack asap.

Nobody has grounds to complain that the character they got from the Resurgence Pack was a Resurgance-DLC-character they had already unlocked

That completion would result in a "new" character meaning that it came from the Resurgence DLC, rather than "new for you" was kinda obvious

Is the resurgence pack a permanent unlock? I'll be out for a week and I hate to see it disappear all of a sudden like the premium spectre packs (sometimes they're there, sometimes they're not).

Lets see...you have the Eagle II...meaning you've gotten a total of TWO commendation packs...and there have only benn TWO events that gave commendation packs...therefor...you're NOT missing a commendation pack.

uh, No. its a special N7 weapon, like the crusader, valiant and hurricane. ONLY available through Commendation packs. And only 2 of those have been released thus far (two events)

Actually, I've received the Scorpion heavy pistol in a Spectre pack, and that was marked as N7.

The scorpion is an ONYX ranked card, not an N7 Speacialty Weapon.
Its like the Black Widow, Javelin, Wraith, Etc.
The N7 Specialty Weapons are the four weapons previously only available in SP with the collectors edition.

The Scorpion might not be considered a N7 weapon, but it comes on a N7 card. I CLEARLY saw the N7 art with the stripe on the right hand side of the Scorpion when I got it the other night from a premium spectre pack.

And?? Thats what a Onyx card LOOKS like!! We all know that!! Is it a weapon that comes with the Collectors edition? No. Period. the scorpion is NOT a commendation only weapon. Its just an Onyx Rare Card.
Whereas the Valiant, Eagle, Hurricane, and Crusader are ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE COMMENDATION PACKS!!!

EDIT: The Black Widow is the exact same way as the scorpion, A gray-ish black card (Onyx) with a red stripe on the right side with "N7" at the top, thats an ONYX card, an N7 WEAPON are the four weapons from the collectors edition of the game!

Lies... i went into live chat help and they said theres nothing they can do about it because there was some kind of error on the distribution of the commendation packs... so... i guess we will wait for another patch thats supposed to fix the issue but it wont.. again..

I've still not gotten the resurgence pack. I played on the new maps, and nothing. the store still has 3 original packs, no resurgence pack, no free pack, no nothing.

(EDIT) Nevermind, I had to reset my console and I got it. And a batarian soldier, just what I wanted! Thanks Bioware, and I look forward to your next weekend. Maybe I'll get the objective this time, and an N7 weapon
