You get +10% experience for playing on the new maps, but choosing a specific map removes the "random level" experience bonus.

That's great, 'coz I've bought 5 spectre packs since the DLC and pulled not a single new character.

This is a completely useless event, there is no reward for promoting, and all my characters are level 20, why bother promoting when all I get is a bigger number that means nothing, and some war assets in the single player that are useless when I've beaten the game already? I'll stick with my 120 N7 rank and not promote. It'd be nice if there was a 10% of xp when playing on a maxed level was turned to credits.

Same thing happened to me. Installed DLC early that morning, spent 500,000 credits , and received no new content.

Yea i dont think we will get our hard earned credits back. The bioware employees never reply about it and i dout that they care. They robed a bunch of people out of their real money too and probably enjoy that nice profit from suckering in people who went to get the new stuff early.

I think reimbursement Is In order. If they can't give our credits back, then maybe an additional resurgance pack Is In order...<_<

or instead of bonus xp we get bonus credits

2 questions:

1. Are these the same packs that were delayed till next week?
     If so I kind of wish we got something that wont be able to be purchased.

2. Can we unlock characters we already have? I really, REALLY hope not.

The Brute killing / silver Reaper evacuating challenge was the best to date and I would like to see more "Operations" like that.
That said this weekend is pretty good for people who do not play the game that much / just started playing the MP...

I hope to get the new Asari - even ifI unlock her by then, more appearance options are welcome.

......Is it bad im wishing for a PS3 multiplayer section so I can stop seeing all of these events, reading and seeing "we are not yet able to offer our Multiplayer Challenge weekends on PlayStation 3" atleast then I won't feel like im getting screwed every single weekend.

Disappointing. Pack should of been available on the day of Resurgence's release, but oh well. I'll wait a week, and by that time, I'll probably have all the characters. But considering my recent lack of luck (in regards to the resurgence dlc characters), probably not.

I have both Batarians (my last picks, but still cool and fun to play as), Geth SMG III and the Kishock Harpoon Gun.

Second day in a row and still no new DLC characters or weapons from 99 grand Spectre packs. Looks like that reserves pack is going to be my ticket to get atleast one new character if things wont change...

Because it's not "all users". It's "all users playing on Condor and Hydra". BW needs data from Sony about the games being played that Sony doesn't want to provide.

Sony has nothing to do with data being provided. When you connect to EA servers it pulls information about your game. All Sony needs to do is give permission for EA Bioware to use that information to award prize packs. I'll be damned if I can figure out what problem Sony has with that...
