The reserves pack will come out on Tuesday. What "get fired up" is talking about is the delayed operation raptor commendation packs that we've all been waiting for.

even though i have it set to send feedback (i definitely took
part in them). All i got was a victory pack for the brute killing
challenge weekend a while ago.

An exploit was discovered after Operation Raptor weekend when victory and commendation packs were given.
Everyone recieved victory packs but there were those who found a way to continually be granted commendation packs.
Thus, Bioware stopped distributing commendation packs and have already posted that all who earned them legitimately will still recieve them once the exploit was fixed.
As for Operation Resurgence weekend, it was posted that rewards would be handed out this week. The event weekend technically ended Monday, April 16th 5AM PST. Bioware has to go over player data to see who participated and who did not. Typically rewards will be on a Tuesday, as is most new content on Xbox Live.

I played this weekend and I haven't received any packs. I was really looking forward to it because I've bought around 6 to 7 Premium Spectre packs and all I keep getting are guns. I just want a new character, BioWare. :'(

I am curious though if when you have already unlocked two of the new characters and you get the reserves pack will you still get a new recruit or will you end up getting a xp and character color card if you already have that character unlocked? I got a premium spectre pack and ended up getting the Batarian Sentinel and the Asari Justicar unlocked and am hoping for a Geth but hope I dont get a xp or color card for either of the two I have unlocked.

Alright then, hope I get the Justicar. I have the geth infiltrator, but definintely prefer adepts. I also have aquired the geth plasma smg. the striker ar, and the kishock harpoon gun.

yes for pc and xbox since it ends tooday they have to tally up everything and to the guy below you, you need to learn how to read

just to try to clarify the issue. they have released the packs from operation raptor today but a few players are expiencing an issue getting them which they are trying to fix... again. next, reserves packs have not been granted yet, but should be early this week as long as there are no delays. i'm sure bioware will be posting as each situation develops further
