Good grief people!!!! The VICTORY packs did NOT contain N7 weapons, the COMMENDATION packs did!
And as for the packs for THIS past weekends resurgence? NOT OUT YET!! IT ENDED TODAY!!!

I have a question. I am not a programmist [I only had some Turbo Pascal classes] but isn't it a simple "if, then" line? If at [given date] a [given player's account] had a [DLC Resurgence Pack] installed, THEN send a [given package] to a[given player's account]. Why is there that 24-72 hours delay? Its impossible to send those 350k packages manually in 1-3 days so its not like they send each of them separately by having an army of badly paid immigrants writing emails all day. And if its done by ONE computerised system, shouldn't it be like... INSTANTENOUS? Or maybe I am an idiot and I am missing the bigger picture...

No, not an idiot. But i think you are missing some information...as are we all.
The pc's are on a seperate server than the 360's, and i'm not counting the ps3's cuz well...drama.
And the way they are "recording" the info so to speak is through data mining on said servers...if it were a direct and active program on a locked system than it WOULD be a simple 'if than' set, but...its not...sadly...

EDIT: its not a locked system i mean.

No, not an idiot. But i think you are missing some information...as are we all.

It's better if you call EA, I was lucky enough to talk to a guy who had the same problem as me. He was nice enough to compensate me with a free avatar item.

But every time I internet chatted with EA, it seemed like they were outsourced people who typed in engrish and had no soul.

On topic: the only character I am missing is the geth engineer and I hope I get him. Otherwise I will just be mad.

Either way its good that you made some ehadway. Also im the same with needing the Geth Eng as well
Hopefuly the reward pack may unlock it for me if i dont get it prior to recieving the pack haha

the engine that generates them has to be completely random bec i have all the new characters and i dont play 24/7. alot of items n characters people say they havent gotten i seem to get so im not sure why it isnt generating for them as well.

I've alread got the Geth Infiltrator, Striker AR, and Geth SMG. Hoping to get the Kishock Harpoon gun, Krogan Battlemaster, and Batarian Sentinal soon. Been buying as many Spectre packs as I can, saving most of my credits for that purpose.

BTW, is there any chance the new Resurgance Pack weapons will be available in single-player at some point? I know PC players have been able to mod the game to use them in the single-player story, so why can't console players have them as well? I say a patch is in order to allow these weapons in the single-player campaign.
