I would love it if they did some class specific weekend operations - such as 25% more xp if your team is one of each class or a team of infiltrators or engineers , perhaps even specific goals laid out for each class - like only a engineer could download data while a soldier provides support fire and a infiltrator snipes from a elevated position and a adept provides biotic support and defence. just a idea ?

Didn't you hear? The resurgence packs were suspended because of what happened during Raptor..... Just kiddin, they will be out sometime today or tomorrow. To be completely honest I would hope they get things right over a speedy release, wouldn't you agree?

I am tired of looking around all over that place for assistance and being linked to one article after another that gives generic FAQ information. If some kind soul knows the actual process (step by step) for making a claim for Commendation Packs that haven't appeared from Operation: Raptor - please spell it out for me.

so far i managed to get 4 n7 weapons, on the first weekend i took part i got a commendation and victory in the morning , logged on later that day and sumhow got another of each bought quite a few of those premuim spectres packs this weekend i didnt find any of the new classes but i got myself a geth plasma smg 1 , which is nice against sheilds but i find it does sod all dmg at the levl i have it. the kishock 3 which is awesome and the striker assualt rifle 1 which tbh i dont much like at this levl also seems to take well to long to kill anything

[Updated] Talked to Judy at EA and she supposedly fixed things at her end. I may need to call Xbox too to verify some info on my email, but will have to wait and see if things are kosher when I get home later today.

AGAIN. To Restate my previous post due to the fact i still see some impatient people complaigning about packs and WHEN they will get them i have to do this

Either way even despite some delays the past few weeks on packs and event rewards Bioware and EA normally pay out in the end. We will get our packs in time an all they really ask out of us, despite seeing us obliterate each challenge they put before us, is that was be patient.

They work harder then most for us despite some peoples views on them and already they've given us quite a bit for content and so forth

Sure sometimes things may be a bit odd but they always do there best to pull through. So relax a bit and be patient. As a previous game tester for various companies in the past I know how difficult things can get on the other end.

Sure some things could use definite improvements but hey, None of us is perfect,

Actually most gaming companies while they do have deadlines have lenient schedules. Their work is such that they can work at home if they want.

Got N7 Commendation for Raptor (at last), guess now time to wait another 2 weeks to get Reserves.

For whatever weekend event there is (Goliath, Raptor, Resurgence) the reward packs are always released on Tuesday, 5pm EST. That's 1am the following Wednesday GMT. You should get them between 5pm and 10pm EST. EST is six hours behind GMT, so use some basic math to figure out when you should get yours.

This is always the case, and should always assume to be the case unless BioWare say otherwise (like what happened with Raptor. By the way, those Commendation Packs are on their way now. Expect them soon.)

I don't know why this is. Maybe it's just easier and more organised for them. There are a lot of kinks to be worked out on Mass Effect Multiplayer because it was rushed to meet deadlines. And they ARE working on them, the credits glitch on Gold is now gone for instance. But it just is.

Take a couple chill pills. Play a couple matches and buy yourself some nice Spectre Packs while you wait. It's not a world-ending thing.

I'm sure you're aware of why they haven't been released yet. If not,it's because people were exploiting a glitch to get multiple commendation packs. I got mine early on, but my friend didn't until literally about ten minutes before I posted here. Yours is on the way, I get that it's frustrating but it's just a little patience. It's not BioWare's fault, it's the exploiters'
