Everyone upset at BioWare that SONY WILL NOT participate are complete morons. You all should be calling SONY and leaving feedback and ask why they will not support ME3. This is why I play PC or XBOX because SONY sucks when it comes to promotions. They do NOTHING for their player base. This is not BioWare's fault, they can't FORCE SONY to offer these promotions. BioWare just can't magically give everyone on PS3 free stuff because SONY sucks. Man people are dumb.

I thought it was well known that the way Bioware wants to go about it has the potential to compromise PSN security and thats why Sony is saying no. From my POV Sony is saving me another huge headache. It is really annoying that something can't be done easily to get around the situation.

@CommonSince - obviously it's not well known and honestly it doesn't even seem like the best or most rewarding way to hack into the PSN. Sony has been driving companies away for years and it's starting to show more publicly. It sucks because I used to love the PS2 especially for RPG games, it blew Xbox away in that category imo. I've become a solid Xbox fan though since they seem to understand the gaming community better. I gladly pay the $60/year for XBL Gold for the party chat system alone plus my account has never been hacked, only people I know who have foolishly gave out personal info. If the PSN can easily be hacked into from the ME3 events then that sounds like a huge Sony problem that should be fixed on their end. If they see a chance to get hacked then they should prevent their own network from being so vulnerable. Throw a couple boards over the ventilation shaft to cover up their womp rat sized hole.

Actually, it is that hard. The ME3 servers are run by EA, and those servers are accessed via PSN. If Sony won't allow something like these weekends, they won't let them do an alternative either.

Quite plain Sony sucks. No offense. I want you guys to have your weekends too =/

I agree to your last line though. Am on PC playing ME 3 its a shame. Its not like anything been stolen . If Sony dont like it then game should not of come out on PS3 cos Sony dont seem to repect its gamers. EA make l.oads of games so do Bioware. Please dont say copyright issues its only a game.

I totally agree with you. I prefer the UI of the PS3 to the 360. PS+, in my eyes, is leaps and bounds over anything Xbox provides for there users. This weekend isn't really special to me but I hope they can work something out and bring the next one to the Playstation users.

When you say the pack will unlock "one of the new random alien classes guaranteed," do you really mean it? Or is there a chance it will unlock XP and customization options on one we already have unlocked instead?

Nice. I saved up 800,000 credits for when the DLC came out and got a bunch of weapons like always but no new characters lol.

Normally I would be so jealous since I seem to unlock a TON of character cards and barely any weapons but I saved up and bought 7 Premium Spectre Packs and got Geth Plasma SMG 3, Harpoon Gun 1, Batarian Soldier, Krogan Vanguard, and Asari Justicar Adept. I love the Premium Spectre Packs! This is the 1st time since launch I was so excited to see a character card.

The EA reps all keep insisting that the company will be reimbursing those who were screwed out of credits/$$ when the packs were bugged. Yet there hasn't been any announcements about this. Doesn't feel like they care that their bugged product was to blame.

Too late now, even if they activated them for you in the registered content, they would no longer show up in game as they are out of date.

I only seem to have gotten the asari justicar, everything else in my 5 premium spector packs have been shotguns and shotgun mods. :/
This resurgence pack would have maybe helped me get a geth :'(
Maybe next time Sony will let me get free stuff T.T

I'm looking forward to this. Lots of free stuff just for owning the game. Love it. But....what about opt raptor packs? Still waiting and EA support emailed me stating that they are looking at alternatives. Whatever that is.

I was working on getting the unwavering acheivement in campaign mode but yesterday i got the resurgence pack: does that mean that i'll have to play hydra and condor in order to get the achievement or is it just for the original 5 maps
