There's something i don't understand - you say new maps will award us with +10% EXP, but we already get 10% when we play random maps... so what's the point? If i put it on random map and get one of the new ones, do i get additional 10% on top of the random bonus?

Edit: Just as a side note i wanted to add that the new maps are really fun, really liked their design, well done

Any news on a patch to fix the patch? This whole freezing whenever I connect to EA servers is killing me, and From checking out the forums, I know I'm far from the only one.
Any official statement on that so far? It'd be very appreciated...

I know I pick on the ps3 community but that's only because they blame bioware when it is not there fault but now most of you are now blameing the right people( SONY) I will stop.
Ps love the new maps and guns wish the geth infiltrater had a increased damage to shotguns at level 6 in the cloke ability but I don't mind excellent job bioware
ps please bring out a protheon for multiplayer. Also maybe a collector for multiplayer

The patch wasn't working for me yesterday either but then it did. So it should be working now

While I understand that Sony, once again, are the ones responsible for myself and fellow PS3 players getting the shaft, can't you take it as red that everyone will have downloaded the free DLC and at least give us the pack the PC/Xbox players will be receiving as an act of good faith?

I can understand not doing this if it was paid DLC but when it's free there's really no reason to assume people won't have downloaded it. It would go a long way to soothing the feelings of frustration and abandonment one section of your playerbase are understandably feeling.

They could, but won't. We learned the other day how easy it was to slip Premium packs back in when Resurgence wouldnt work. It is just a matter of not listening to us. And I am waiting for a response from Sony on this whole matter, which means I will get a robo-email from someone named Josh in Istanbul.

Does seem a bit lacklustre doesn't it but it's good for those players who have been unlucky and not yet unlocked one of the new characters.

I have already Unlocked Three of the Characters. Both Batarians and the Justicar along with the Kishock 2 times.

It will stack, but with this weekend, you won't lose out on the 10% bonus when you choose one of the two maps instead of random.

It would be cool if they limited the random maps to those two for the weekend so you got the random bonus and the weekend bonus, but I doubt that will happen.

I have gotten several primeum spectre packs already still none of the new races U-u though I am some what happy with the geth submachine gun and the krogan assault rifle which probably may be better when leveled up but I really want to get this new races is it only possiable to get them in the spectre packs or not because i really don't want to grind all day with people who will leave the match if it is anything higher then bronze during several playthroughs.....?

I still think they should have the reserve pack be a special pack after the premiuem spectre packs go away so that us ps3 fans who can't play the operations can still have a easyer or decent time getting the new races

I have no idea what's right, but if those packs with the N7 guns can only be gotten by playing these operations.
Then since we PS3 gamers can't join the operations, they should make it possible for us to at least buy the packs in the store, for like 200k creds.

It's just a game, so don't even try and whine about that.

Then again, I've read complains from Xbox and PC users that still haven't gotten any packs from the first operations.
Just makes the packs possible to buy for everyone.

At this point all I can think of is **** Sony. Is it really that difficult to come to some sort of an agreement?
Though this event is not that big a deal. I'm only missing batarian soldier and krogan vanguard anyways

That's all well and good but when will those of us who STILL have not got our commendation packs yet get sorted. It's getting annoying when a weekend event pops up and we're left wondering what's the point. I might as well have a damn  ps3 at this rate

These Special Events are all fine and dandy but will the worthless EA servers be working? I’m getting more than a little annoyed at getting booted out of a game because the server lost connection. Does anyone at EA or BioWare even care?

if there's any PS3 owner's here that are willing to switch consoles then i recommend buying an xbox 360 with the RROD (red ring of death) which sells on eBay around $30-50 (usually another $20 for S&H) and buy the RROD repair kit for $3-5 (free shipping) then fix it yourself. the kits usually come with instructions and/or vids to walk you through plus youtube has plenty. then just find a used copy of ME3 online which is still around $45. so for a quick $98-120 you can participate and get packs too. this or get it for PC (making sure yours can handle it) because the packs will never be available to PS3, originally the game wasn't going to be either so EA figures you should be happy you even get to play. Sorry Sony users, don't expect to stop getting the shaft.

Sony has always been a pain about 3rd party stuff. For a while my Raptr account couldn't track my progress on PS3 because of a "control" issue.
