I'd love to participate, but I keep getting an error message telling me that the DLC failed to authorize, so I can't use the DLC.

At this point, anyone who did not get their commendation pack from either operation will not be able to use them anyway, since they expire a week after there were "given out" Which according to the "registered game content is the Tuesday one week after the event ended.

Did anyone try customer support chat? They really really really suck, but they can't try anything unless you take the time to contact them. They have been happy to try to solve my problems by offering me a commendation pack, but first they tried to give me the one for Goliath after it had expired, so it showed up in my content, but expired, so was useless. Then they tried to give me a duplicate raptor commendation pack to make up for their rudeness and my missing premium spectre packs, but I could have told them it probably would not work, and it didn't. It is possible there could be a fix when the figurines release, as they will be able to send the promotion codes to put in to make up for their errors, but that's not a given.

Basically...they have an issue with the packs...and they know about it.

alright, I'm a bit miffed about not having my pack, to be honest. I missed picking it up last tuesday, and apparently it expired then. Are they still having trouble with it, or did I well and truly miss getting my pack? If I did miss, does anyone have any idea where I need to go to talk about getting it unlocked?

Wow... what a mess. I am really glad that I don't have to put up with that. It's one thing to not have it accessible,(like on PS3) it's another thing to be teased over and over again by evaporating packs that show up only to be marked as useless. Geez.

bug or no bug, the PS3 players are getting the shaft regardless of who is directly responsible for them not being able to participate in the operation weekends

I hope that an agreement can be reached between Sony and Bioware so everyone can enjoy

i know we are getting the shaft again. its just a nother in the long line of ps3 getting the shaft.

the bad is on ea and bioware. for not waiting till they had a deal worked out with sony. sony most likely will nbot do a deal with them till after its all over. thats how much bad blood there is the ps3 vs xbox war.

And yet again Sony players get screwed over.... *Sigh* I'm just tempted to give up on ever getting a chance to enjoy these sorts of weekends. No packs yet we have no problem in participating in the exp weekends and the standard store packs i.e Recruit, Veteran and the Spectre packs. Yet your having "problems" with Sony on these sort of weekends.
