After burning through plenty of credit points over a variety of packs this week, the only new character that I've managed to unlock since downloading the Resurgence pack is the Krogan Battlemaster/Vanguard. Alas, none of the new weapons!

Striker assault rifle is kinda useless... no dmg at all. Everytime i buy Spetre pack its appears all the time and no other stuff.

if u dont mind to buff or improve that weapon, i would appreciate that.

Can we get a promise that packs for this Operation will not be cursed with the same fate as packs from Raptor and Goliath? And, while we're on that note, when ARE the Raptor packs going to be handed out (if ever)? I'm worried sick here =)

It starts at 1AM on Saturday till 1PM on Monday, they are about 8 hours behind us. I do think that being as people from all over the world play this and not just Californians, that the times should be in GMT or UTC, that's kinda the point of them.

LOL  I wondering if was the only one getting less kills because I am amazed at the map and often stop to look around and admire.  Condor is a cool map and the environment looks totally awesome.  Also, yeah, some silly names for my characters.  Would be kinda cool if those names would appear in MP as well: ie. J'Tai - LtRobbiesan *my current Turian Soldier.

Lovin it.  BW, please take all the complaints with a grain of salt.  So many spoiled and/or angry and/or miserable children out there who simply have not learned what gratitude is all about.  Looking forward to more MP and SP DLC.  Yep, This One loves it and I have to try and get myself to do another SP playthrough as MP has me hooked.  Thanks for all your efforts, and know that some of us really do love the game and all the efforts you all (BW and beyond) put into this game.  Please carry on and bringing more of that goodness our way.

They can't promise that ever until people stop cheating to get what they want like they were doing with Raptor.

An amusing screen for deflection, and the first thing that I verified after failing to receive the Operation: Raptor commendation packs. My game-play feedback was enabled, but other than the Victory packs - nada.

Also haven't had any luck with the Special Spectre case from last week either (the whole used up BWP or Credits but got nothing). 

DL'd the resurgance dlc... still no resurgance pack...

So I have the Resurgence DLC pack, nice job by the way. But I play on xbox 360 so the last patch locked me out. Will there be a fix in time for me to play in order to get a Pack? Or is there no hope for me because of the patch crashing issues?

They just track things like this.

They're called metrics. Here is an in-depth discussion on why game companies track that information.

Origin's search engine doesn't find anything and the only in-game related information is in the second tab of the "Galaxy at War" menu with no links whatsoever. All we know is we gotta turn ON the Online Feedback feature (located in "Options -> Online)

Yes, I know, it may become available in my timezone in just a couple of hours, but would it hurt to inform us of the procedure before the launch? It would be appreciated.

the resurgence pack DLC is already out

open up origin on your computer

click the little "I" on your mass effect game on your origin, where you would normally see all other DLCs

click shop for add-ons

download the resurgence pack and you're good to go.



If you're not on PC, then I have no idea. 

all of that was assuming you want the DLC that came out on Tuesday with the new characters, maps and weapons. If you want to know how you get the bonus pack thing from this weekend, just play one of the new maps with your online setting to on and you'll get it when they start giving it out to everyone.
