 Hi..

uhmm, I'm not a current user of the multiplayer in this game, but everytime when I tried to buy a pack...I have this error that doesn't allow me to buy anything...

The problem has increased since the patch and DLC resurgence...(I play in PC) so I have no clue if this can be solved or if I have to keep saving the huge amount of credits forever....probably by the time they help me fix this problem I'll be swimming in tons of credits ¬¬...

Have you tried going offline in Origin and then going back online? Fixes that error for me whenever I have it.

If the error message is something like "Can't process the purchase...", close the game and origin when you enter the game again you notice less credits check your weapons, characters and equip for new ones.
It happen to me twice.

I have done that thousands of times...without any result...

I guess multiplayer mode doesn't like me just as much as I don't like it either....

Que raro, proba con el chat de soporte de EA cuando tuve problemas con el commendation pack me los solucionaron en 5 minutos

I just had a similar problem when trying to buy a Prem. Spectre pack. I exited the game and re-started Multiplayer in hopes that it would be fixed.

No pack, and it also consumed the credits. Now I get to figure out who to talk to about this, EA customer service said they couldn't do anything?

ha!, that sounds common, I asked to someone who has the same problem than I, and that was the answer...so I guess asking them is useless...

yea this has happened to me 3 times now since last night. I get an error message saying it cant process the purchase at this time, yet when i exit/re-enter multiplayer i'll be missing 60,000 credits. i have yet to get anything new in my inventory as well.

I contacted Live chat via origin and all i was told was that theres "a problem with the store their working to fix" but i havent seen anything on forums or any official comment saying that was the case. So.. i dunno, as of right now im out 180k credits and thats bullsh*t.

Yep, I lost the credits trying to buy a spectre pack...
and I unlocked nothing, not even a weapon....this sucks...
