I completed an entire map on my own as a Salarian Infiltrator fighting Geth. The Energy Drain power and Phalanx pistol pretty much did all the work.

They may be sincere.

Just look at this board. Last night and this morning we get a thread asking if the Drell Adept is a redundant class just because of the Asari Justicar's appearance. Really? The Drell Adept with his godly reave and cluster grenade combo who breezes past banshees and phantoms with crazy cartwheels?

Here's the solution:

1. Play a game with them as the Salarian Infiltrator
2. Die less times, complete the most objectives, and outscore them
3. If they still don't agree that the Salarian Infiltrator is an excellent class, point out that, by their logic, you just absolutely trashed their performance with a crappy class. Therefore, they must be terrible players.

Cluster grenades are awesome but I won't play DA as soon as I unlock AJA. They just don't fit my playstyle. AJA really made some of the DA's builds redundant.

This, though the only time I tend to get outclassed while on my infiltrator is one particular friend who decides to have armor peircing on the valiant, I just can't keep up with him using the crusader build I have for the SI.  Could go to SR's but not nearly as fun as the Crusader.

Ah the "this class is garbage than the other", we have dismissed those claims.

No class is garbage. With the right build, any class can be a great one. Ignore them, op. Those people were probably taking skooma too much. So don't worry about it

Every point here made me lol.

Salarian is much better than Human or Quarian; Energy Drain is amazing for survivability (you just always fire it out of cloak; instant removal of Centurion/Marauder/Nemesis/Etc. shields).  Anyone saying the SI sucks is quite likely an idiot, doesn't know how to play one, or has never been in a game with a good one.

It shouldn't be hard to see why SI is far better than other Infiltrators.

- Shield recharge under cloak -> far superior survivability.
- Many more viable weapons due to Energy Drain getting around the shield gate.
- One less shot to drop shielded mooks due to Energy Drain.

Basically, given identical play skill you should outscore anything except an AA. Which is good enough for top tier, since you can ninja objectives and the AA can't.

I agree with the posters that suggest that the best thing to do is play with them, trash them on score and then tell them it's a choice between their beliefs about the SI or their beliefs about play skill. That should cause them to agree with you in a hurry.

It was tough to put down the widow but being up close and personal is just so much fun!

That is also a notion i'd challenge. The SI is good and its a good class for the jack--- guys on Gold that doesn't want to teamwork and rather give a F about the other members of the team. Also i am not inclined to agree the Asari Adept is the best class. Your next notion would be to call the Human Vanguard up to the ranks of Best class as well, right? Or won't that happen, because basically people suck at playing him once they get to the higher difficulties simply because they never learned how and charging + nova was all they needed in the lower levels.

Now, while i don't know these people and they really sound immature and like someone i would only talk to if i had to... my thoughts on that is: going to another forum to show how "stupid" other people are or rather needing confirmation from an other set of strangers that the first one is wrong, is about as immature and insecure as it gets.

So they trashtalked you on that forum and you came here to trashtalk them now. Great. Always fun to battle your inferiority complex by searching new friends.
